Cooking more meals at home gives everyone in the family an opportunity to build better eating habits, one plate at a time. Many people are now switching to a ketogenic lifestyle, eating overloads of heart disease activating foods like animal-based products (it’s so horrifying to see when I look on social media the pounds and pounds of cheese, consuming slabs and slabs of bacon, plus the stacks and stacks of chicken breast that people are eating on repeat) all because they are extremely low carb and they got to get those “fats” in.
Is it POSSIBLE to stay plant-based, alkaline and be keto at the same time?
