Women’s health problems are often misunderstood, and many #teachers don’t get the medical attention they need and deserve because there is simply not enough lifestyle education focused on them.

If you love coffee and can’t live without it, this podcast may not sit well with you. I had a long and tumultuous relationship with coffee and highly processed toxic caffeine resources.
