Professional Veggie Slayer- Audrey Sanchez Of Balanced.org From Teacher To Professional Change Maker Audrey Sanchez is a Professional Veggie Slayer, who is committed to making a difference, by reforming healthy food insecurity in schools and hospitals. For too long, the food industry has prioritized corporate profits over our health. 



Major food companies have created unhealthy food environments in our schools, hospitals, retail spaces, and other critical institutions.  They've ignored basic dietary guidelines and the best nutrition science, and our families have paid the price—with skyrocketing rates of diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and premature death. As the executive director of the Non-Profit Balanced.org Audrey is on a mission to change that.
