Tapping easily and effectively allows participants to get relief from pain and negative emotions. Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure.  



Tune in as we delve deeper into this amazing holistic wellness tool and learn how you can start incorporating it into your lifestyle today. My co-teacher is Dr. Damon Silas. Dr. D has been a psychologist for over 15 years working with people and issues like anxiety and trauma, including PTSD, and his specialty areas as well as grief and loss.
